I see that you have two possible thesis statements. If those are the two video games that you are going to focus on then you could somehow incorporate both games into your thesis statement and create an argument based on both games. I also think that the content of your two games do not have to relate but the games could relate in terms of the types of games they are (i.e. both games could be adver games). Then you could compare and contrast how each game fulfills the criteria of an adver game in terms of P.A.S.S. Your outline touches on some good points concerning each game.
